Countryside Kitchen is set right in the heart of the Sussex Downs. In fact also right in the heart of my home (my kitchen). And that’s how I thought of the name “Countryside Kitchen”.

As a former local chef in the area for some years and with such an abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables and livestock right here on my doorstep, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to help promote farming and especially local produce where possible by re-creating some of my past best selling recipes by using as much local produce as possible.

These recipes include Parfaits, Pate, Terrines, Rillettes, Confit, Soup’s, Sauces and daily specials.

Concentrating on just a few items I feel they get the best attention to ensure the best taste around.
